Dean Kemp was a drug dealer and wannabe music manager that worked with Paul at Inferno. He attempted to get Alison Blaire to sign onto his 'label', luring her in with wild parties and getting her hooked on cocaine. Warren and Tessa ended up coming down harder on him, and he's currently serving time for drug related charges.
