Patch is a shrewd businessman, and not a man to be messed with. He's been keeping the west coast's unruly mercenaries in line for decades, and isn't about to stop anytime soon. His Hellhouse is a (dis)reputable hotbed of lucrative business and social interaction amongst mercenaries. He rules his den with an iron fist, tolerates a minimal amount of nonsense while you're under his roof, and will always make sure to hook you up with some good jobs -- while taking a modest cut, naturally.

He doesn't possess any suerhuman abilities, but is an extremely talented marksman. Also, Patch is a big fan of Liza Minnelli.
