The power to create psionic balls of energy, which she calls her "time bombs". These "bombs" explode with concussive force. She can produce marble-sized "bombs" which have little concussive impact and which she uses for playing pranks. She will be able to produce "time bombs" ranging up to the size of beach balls, which, when they explode, can smash tree trunks and even metal objects. Tabitha will be able control the amount of time between the creation of one of her "bombs" and the time it detonates, and mentally muffle the sound of the detonation.

Tabby is a tough little girl, she learnt not to rely on anyone from a young age, or at least the adults in her life. She takes care of herself, and while she's never going to be eating properly or going to school or anything like that, she gets by. She does eat, she has a roof over her head and she has a job that she actually likes.

Tabby is never going to be considering intelligent, but she's got enough street sense and cunning to get by otherwise. School is something other people bother with, and don't expect much cleverness coming from tabby. She’s not an airhead, thank you, and she'll punch you if you try and treat her life an idiot.

She’s not afraid to stick up for herself - or anyone else she considers a friend. She will frequently do that with either her fists or her time bombs, it never really occurs to her to try and solve something though more passive means. Don’t fuck with her friends, or her, okay? Or she'll be on your ass.

Tabby is a very loyal friend, learning early on that people your own age are going to have your back more than any adult will. She will throw herself into friendships without a thought, and takes being screwed over very badly. She is both emotionally and physically clingy, though she will totally deny the first. She doesn't NEED anyone! She just likes having a lot of friends. Whose personal space she does not respect at all. She’s somewhat indifferent to romantic relationships - while she'll flirt like no one's business, and if things pan out that way she'll sleep with someone, but actually date someone? Aha, yeah right.

While tabby comes across as a tough little scrapper, she does have a slight girly side. Never mind that she tends to act more like a guy than a girl, she does like to look like a girl. When she can she'll buy fairly cheap cute and shiny looking clothes and jewellery, and if she can't afford it, then she'll steal it. Her stuff tends to lean towards the tacky - what, you expected her to have taste? Please. She thinks Paris Hilton is the height of class and sophistication.

Saying Tabby smith had an inauspicious start to life would be about right. Growing up in a small town in small town, Virginia ensured she was never going to get very far in life. Combine that with parents who barely made enough money to keep them above the poverty line and then drank most of that away? Yeah, Tabby would be lucky if she didn't turn out to be like her mom.

And really, it looked as if she was going to head that way. There was very little supervision growing up, Tabby spent most of her childhood either in front of the TV or running around the trailer park with the other kids her age. as she grew out of wrestling with the guys and started to move into perving on them, it only didn't take Tabby to fall in with a crowd of girls who wore the skankiest clothes possible, and smoked and drank whatever they could get their hands on. Her parents finally started paying attention to her - if only for her father to cuff her around the ears for stealing his beer, or her mother to scream at her for stealing her make-up. Tabby dodged her parents as much as she could, ducking away from her father's fists and ignoring her mother's bitching.

Things came to ahead when Tabby was fifteen years old. she'd been spending more time out of school than actually attending classes, spending a lot of nights out partying or just crashing at a guy's place, and she was constantly stealing from her parents. Her father caught her sneaking money from his wallets. He lost and started to beat her, right up until something blew up in his face. Afterwards people explained it away as a gas leak or a cigarette or something weird like that, but Tabby knew it had been her - and so did her dad. When he caught her practicing with her 'time bombs' he lost it again, and this time she ended up in hospital thanks to the beating.

As soon as Tabby was able to leave the hospital, she did. She was supposed to go into a foster care situation, but instead she grabbed what stuff of hers she could and hightailed it out of there. She hitchhiked her way across America until she hit the west coast, and lost herself in the street kid population. She ran with a gang for a little bit, until she found herself at inferno one night. She was busy flirting with Garrett hardcore when a guy tried to grab her ass, and she automatically responded by setting off a time bomb in his face. She’d been prepared to run when Garrett hauled her aside, and eventually talked her story out of her. To cut a long story short, she ended the night with a job working for him and a room at the hotel. She’s settled in there ever since, working as a dealer at inferno and otherwise terrorising the local population and messing around with the hotel residents.
